We are happy to present H.A.B. as our partner for USA & Canada, the shop is based near New York, the Hamptons on Long Beach.

We work together with the Holland America Brothers to cover the States and Canada. Two Dutch brothers representing the “old trade link” between Holland and America.

A Land Rover Defender 110 Beach, rebuilt & re-designed by the H.A.B. for American customers. In Italy restored and a fashionably re-styled beach truck. To be converted in time into an electric truck by H.A.B., these trucks must be imported first into America and canada in the original fuel condition.

DEALERS

By far the lion’s share of the world’s population believes that their countries’ climate policies should be more ambitious. This includes countries known to be major fossil fuel producers such as China, the US and Europe. (see Change.inc june 2024)

That’s according to a comprehensive survey of 77 United Nations countries. The result is that the garage as we know it today is going to change. Fewer and fewer fuel cars are coming to your garage for repair in the near future. Be there in time to adjust your business plan. Already you can slowly move to electric cars and especially for the 4×4 customers you have now.

RE-USE

We do start to contact dealers worldwide in 2024. Please ask if you are interested, or maybe your local garage is interested. They do the convertion work for you. The conversion is quite easy to carry out. We sent the sets worldwide, backed and stewarded giving feedback and 10 years warranty. The fuel car business is getting to an end in time. Fuel trucks delivered in the furture are going to be converted to electric one day as well, we believe.

As a project electric a dealer can slowly win over your existing fuel customers to an electric conversion. This is going to increase your business. We expect your fuel truck customers decrease and new electric truck customers increase over time. Your shop value is your regular customer. Keep the garage (shop), but change your work slowly to electric 4×4 convertions. Selling and repairing fuel cars is a dead business in time.

SETS to DEALER

The electric converting sets, tailored to the truck/SUV in question, consists of 2 aluminium electric axles (front + rear), battery packs (1, 2, 3 or 4), the entire high voltage wiring, the computer to control the e-motors, an accelerator pedal actuator and a TFT colour screen in the dash. The box to charge the battery (bi-directional). Also a converting manual, extra assisted by us (video contact) during your conversion work, we also provide training. The sets are shipped well-packed.

To be clear, your local garage / shop will carry out the convertion / rebuild. The local shop will not only carry out the installation work for the set (approx. 2 days), they will also dismantel the truck first, to put aside the fuel engine, gearbox, transfer case and the 2nd distributor gearbox between the front and rear axles (approx. 3 days, ask your shop). Electric converting is not as easy as it looks after all.

Often your garage will also carry out in the same time minor restorations on your truck and also on the inside (extra hours for the shop). New seat upholstery, headliner, dashboard modifications for the TFT screen. If you have a very nice car, this is of course not necessary.

Converting an existing truck has just begun. Half the offroad trucks are going to be scrapped, or parted out we believe. The other half will get a 2nd electric life we strongly believe. We have a big legacy in dirty cars, so use them in a circular growing economy. Contact us if you are interested to be a dealer.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY

A new electric car does not grow on a tree, is not circular at all. Every new car needs new digging metals, melting them, nitting upholstery and plastics too and transporting stuff all over the world. Our team believe you only change the drive, not the car, is a smart thing to do. We re-use 2/3 of the truck, circular.

Interesting to invest

How do I calculate what the new value will be of my converted car? In terms of investment and/or residual value, banks and/or insurance companies add half of the converting cost to the daily value of your truck. The same way as renovating your house or boat, increases its value. From there you will have also a lower depreciation, and so lower monthly costs to pay. As solar investments means lower electricity costs every month. And insulate your home is less heating so lowering monthly costs again . You spend 3/4 less per distance drive your electric 4×4 truck. You can also eliminate all maintenance costs, there are no more. (for 4×4 drivers always a high amount per year)

If you pass on these benefits for a couple of years, you will have the investment returned. And the higher residual value stays. These are average figures, this go faster as the cost of fuel, maintenance and grid costs increases.

And an electric converted 4×4 truck will hold its value in the future more strongly we believe, while fuel cars will be declining in value, go down fast in the near future.

People ask for proof-of-concept. We have this proof out of testing and now we’re funding 2 trucks to convert. And we go funding at the same time 50 sets in one batch, converting 25 trucks in a 1st series of production. We do have a portfolio interested truck owners. We are happy to talk to you about the opportunities to get in. Our site has 2.350 unique visitors per month on average. (without paying to get attention or go up the list…)
