We are happy to present Holland America Brothers as our USA/Canada partner since 2022. This brother-shop is based near New York, the Hamptons. We work together with the H.A.B. to cover North-America and Canada. Two nice young Dutch brothers representing the “old trade link” between Holland and good old America. These Defender trucks (as called in USA), must be imported first into America and Canada in the original (diesel-) fuel condition, followed converting to electric later.

We look into the future to prepare our strategy: Which party suits impact-driven businesses?
In the coming years, likely (according to the forecast) thousands of 4×4 vehicles with combustion engines will reach the end of their useful life, after years of loyal service and 300.000 to 500.000 kilometres (190.000 to 310.000 miles). Engines and worn out gearboxes need to be replaced. Sad or not? Times are changing towards lower emissions. This is unstoppable. The urgency is clear to everyone. Are we switching now, or are we going to waste another 30 years of fuel?
Do we continue as before on fuel, or do we look to the future at this turning point? The question we often ask is: how will we be driving in 50 years time? Everyone says: electrically. That answers that question. The answer to hydrogen is also electric driving. However, we discuss the storage of electricity via hydrogen (with a 50% loss) at Chalenge and Why page. So it’s going to be electric driving, which, strangely enough, everyone agrees on these days. Even the angry petrolheads.
Even an old-fashioned garage will notice that there are fewer fuel-powered cars to trade and maintain. That is/was your basic income. That is going to change rapidly. Less impact on nature and your wallet. And no more maintenance costs as high as you were used to. This means you will quickly recoup the cost of switching to electric driving now.
Because electric driving is three-quarters cheaper per kilometre/mile, you can now get a return on your investment. Now or never. Earn back money spent. By saving on future costs. Fuel and maintenance are only getting more expensive. Refuelling with your own solar energy takes care of the rest.
At the same time, the availability of a fully electric, reliable Toyota 4×4 Land Cruiser or Land Rover is not expected until 2035 or later. So not a sensor-sensitive car that cannot drive through a ditch or salt water, they offer today. One that can drive where there are no roads. For everyday work use, affordable, powerful and fully electric 4×4 vehicles is extremely limited. The Rivian R2 is coming to Europe, made in USA, with an expected price tag of around 90,000 euros. The Rivian isn’t really rugged either. Lots of plastic and too close to the ground. It’s more for winter sports and looking cool. Like Audi, Volvo etc. It’s a beginner’s EV offroad vehicle, but not a truly indestructible off-roader.

To drive through a ditch or put a dead deer in the back as a nature conservationist. And sensors everywhere dragging through mud. We’ll see. And all new materials needed to make the car. Your Defender or Toyota Landcruiser electric drive, which is really made for our indestructible e-sets.
For many organisations – including governments, NGOs, emergency services and private enthusiasts this is a pointless debate: Change to converting or continue using polluting diesel or petrol vehicles for the next 25 years. Do you realise that electric driving is thousands of euros/pounds cheaper per year? Shouldn’t you set an example of good behaviour? We think so; good examples are worth following.
We have decided not to become a Dutch garage to carry out your conversion. If we did, we would never be able to make a significant impact. Imagine if all those hundreds of thousands of 4x4s had to come to the Netherlands to be converted to EVs. That would be impossible.

We therefore decided in 2022 to focus on a ready-made set that we can send to you in secure packaging. You are a local garage, anywhere in the world. Worldwide impact. The assembly instructions are included, and we have a internet video collaboration to support you at all times. We have made it so easy that you will hardly need it. Below is a step-by-step explanation as a preview. It can be that simple.
So we have focused on a method of converting to an electric vehicle that can be carried out in your neighbourhood. The conversion takes 3 to 4 days, as mentioned on the first page.
That really helped us to determine the direction of our design. Bolting an electric motor onto something is much more complicated, and where do you put all those batteries? In the car? That doesn’t sound very safe.
We realised (with a smile) that the disadvantages of developing our own electric 3-in-1 engine would be a huge advantage when it came to selling it, because we would no longer need any specialised personnel, who are not exactly abundant worldwide. You won’t be without your car for three months (which is normal in EV converting), but only for three to four days. That saves a lot of labour hours and so costs. A huge saving. And we already had savings because we need far fewer batteries (gear boxes out).
And making the new aluminium axle, which is slightly different for each car, is certainly not rocket science. Another smile. And our electric motor fits perfectly into that new axle, of course. You can count on that.
And then it turns out that we are going to become a e-axel-factory with ready-made, high-quality products that we can deliver in large quantities anywhere.
With another advantage: the more we can produce, the cheaper the sets can be offered, the less you have to invest, and the faster your investment will be back in your bank account. Especially since fuels are becoming increasingly expensive, partly due to geopolitical risks.
That is why we are going to gather local garages worldwide that would also like to do this work: let’s just call them dealers or partners?

Do you have a future-proof business plan? You own a garage, carshop, tyre company, car damage- or restoration company.
We think your business will go down and change rapidly. The shift towards more electric cars and fewer fuel-powered cars is continuing. Therefore, you will need to adopt a different business model. Any electric car has no maintenance anymore.
So your business case, including repairing, cannot be the same. Today, you can already see a decline in the value of diesel cars. The classic Land Rover Defender and Toyota Landcruisers have also reached their peak prices. Decline in all fuel cars.
You can already see this change happening around you. Tesla no longer uses dealers at all, but sells directly. Maintenance and service is no longer an issue. Stellantis the same. VW/Audi/Porsche/Seat the same.
The work
The conversion is quite easy to carry out, steps 1, 2, 3 and 4:
1. You dismantle the engine, gearbox, transfer box, radiator, the two differentials, etc. Old school work: the traditional dismantling of components.
2. Clean the chassis thoroughly and perhaps also fit new upholstery extra. Then you mount our two new aluminium axles with the 3-in-1 electric motor already fitted.
3. You simply put back the original shock absorbers, brakes, brake calipers, ABS and (air-) springs back in place. They remain the same, which saves money, doesn’t it? You install the electric power steering and a the electric heat pump heating/cooling (we supply).
4. Fit the (1 to 4) battery boxes under the car, connect them, charge them and test drive the vehicle the next day.
The converting work is done in about three days, especially if you are used to the work.

Your business plan for the next generation is guaranteed. Move with the times. Farmers must also do this for their sons and daughters: create a future for your loved ones.
Newly manufactured four-wheel drive vehicle?
Is that possible? We discovered another newly opened market; Fit a new diesel car with our set before it is sold. From existing large stocks Euro3 diesel/petrol Toyota Land Cruisers. New, never used, stored dry…
What if we were to convert them straight away into new electric Land Cruisers? How much would that cost? Less than you think, we calculated. In one-go to electric for your goverments around the corner:
Price: new car including our EV set, 400km/250miles range, cost about € 75.000. There are plenty left:

New Toyota’s above as new Land Rover Defenders below: a Chinese company is now offering a new aluminium body for a classic Land Rover 90/110 without a chassis for €8,500. A galvanised chassis (made in Europe) costs around €8,000.
In theory, you could then starting to produce brandnew electrically powered offroaders/trucks and set up a factory in the Netherlands or elsewhere in Europe. An interesting idea, don’t you think?

Above picture clearly shows how easy it is to build our e-axles sets on such an indestructible chassis. Sturdy, strong, powerful, ready for the next 50 years. And between the chassis, you can clearly see the space for up to four battery boxes.
Governments, gogogogogo. Put your fear aside, call for a brainstorm please.
INVESTMENT’s get involved
People ask for proof-of-concept. Yes we have this, out of testing and now we’re funding 2 trucks to convert. And we go funding at the same time 50 sets in one batch, converting 25 trucks in a 1st series of production. We do have a portfolio interested truck owners. We are happy to talk to you about the opportunities to get in. We try this year to fund one Defender 110/90 for Europe and one Mercedes-G for USA. Needing € 150.000 for this offroad demonstrators.
Green calculations
We calculated that if Dutch authorities continue to drive 4×4 diesel and petrol cars for the next 15 years, they will release as much pollution as Tata in IJmuiden does in one year. We list those authorities on the earlier pages.
This is not only happening in the Netherlands, but in all countries. Thousands of governments, NGO, rescue will be driving diesel or petrol vehicles for at least the next 15 years. The reasons for this are: they are not allowed to EV, they do not want to, they do not dare to (be careful on my own road) or other vague reasons. Most frequently heard: I cannot buy a powerful rugged electric 4×4 at the moment, as the brands are still a long way from supplying them.
If that is the case, then modify the car you already own today. Change the drive system; do not wait for the manufacturer. And now the calculation of the emission savings:
An important point to start is the calculation of saved pollution per vehicle. Find out how much your old toxic fuel 4×4 car pollute. Then the calculations get all screwed up, because a new car needs earth materials, but so does an electric one. Then you have to make the battery once (or re-use we do), while a fuel car keeps burning fuel into toxic gases every day and for life, next 20 years ? That’s going to be complicated…
As a start: e-Rovers don’t make a new car. It’s already there. That fact already saves 2/3rds on materials upfront. We convert to it to EV which saves another 2/3rds using less energy. So a double 2/3 is saving. That’s 90% less polluting than making a new fuel car. A great profit in mining and using energy. Be upfront in fashion to change your car to EV.
We do more: we melt down almost 450 kg of metals to be re-used. Back to be used, no digging.
